ELMO HOPE SEXTET: Informal Jazz Donald Byrd, Hank Mobley, John Coltrane, Paul Chamers, Philly Joe Jones
Mastered by Rudy Van Gelder: RVG is hand-etched in the dead-wax, with A machine-stamped next to his initials on the B side, and B machine-stamped next to his initials on the A side.
Vinyl is VISUALLY Graded: Vinyl looks VG++ / "excellent" Clean labels with deep groove, thick vinyl with flat edge; 446 west 50th St. address on the label and jacket. Jacket is in VG condition, with edgewear, corner wear, tape residue on top, partially split top seam; the front is still glossy but the record smells mildewed: there's no actual "live" mold or moisture.
