- Overall the record is in clean, previously owned, collectible condition, carefully stored, from a smoke-free environment. SIGHT GRADED ONLY!
- Record - VERY GOOD PLUS: Record looks nice. One or two VERY light scratches and/or a small area of minor surface scuffing. Label may show very minor wear.
- Sleeve - GOOD: Sleeve has scuffing. Shows ring wear, has seam splits. Edges are ragged.
- Record comes in a paper inner sleeve which may or may not be the original as issued.
- From the estate of magician Bruce Cervon who was a long-time fan and seriously dedicated record collector.
- All records are securely packed in a cardboard box with bubble wrap.
