Description

From 1975, this item is Elton John's (shown on the label as THE ELTON JOHN BAND) fourteenth BILLBOARD TOP 40 hit, which reached the #1 position (remaining there for 2 weeks!) in March of that year -- "Philadelphia Freedom [mono version, 5:38] / I Saw Her Standing There [featuring John Lennon]", MCA 40364, 7", PROMOTIONAL COPY 45 RPM and SOUVENIR ISSUE PS.

The PROMO record itself is in a beautiful NEAR MINT~UNPLAYED condition with its original shiny/glossy, mirror-like playing surface. The labels are in MINT condition. The Picture Sleeve is in a beautiful NEAR MINT condition with only some extremely light traces of wear, if at all. The Picture Sleeve is nice and flat with absolutely no tears, creases, writing, stickers, stamps, staple holes or seam splits.

ALL my 45 RPM's and Picture Sleeves are housed in their own individual 7" protective plastic sleeves. In the case of a 45 RPM having a Picture Sleeve the 45 RPM is housed in a 7" white paper sleeve. My 45 RPM's have been kept separate from their Picture Sleeves since I purchased them. Also, in most cases where there is not a Picture Sleeve, my 45 RPM's are housed in their original company paper sleeve. I hope that the pictures will show how nice this highly collectible ELTON JOHN BAND 45 RPM and SOUVENIR PS really is! If you have any questions, please email me. At this price and in this condition, it really is a HARD-TO-FIND item!

TERMS OF SALE: Payment must be received within 3 days of the end of the auction. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding any of my items.

SHIPPING: ALL records are shipped in heavy-duty cardboard boxes specially designed for 45 RPM's to ensure safe delivery. ALL insurance on USPS shipments (No International insurance available) must be requested by the BUYER. Seller is not responsible for uninsured shipments.

Thank you for looking in on my store!
