Description
This is an original, first pressing U.K. LP of Elton John Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy on DJM Records DJLPX 1 from 1975. It has A1/B1 in the trail out. The vinyl is translucent red and is in its original sleeve. The record looks like a normal record until you look at it in the light. Then it is a beautiful burgundy red. The vinyl looks absolutely beautiful with a great glossy shine and sharp colorful labels. It may not have ever been played. I never played it. I bought it to display in the room that I have my Captain Fantastic Pinball Machine, although I never did end up displaying it. The cover I'll call a nice VG++. There is light wear in the black edge around the painting on the cover that is minor. It's more noticeable on the back than the front. See the pictures. The inserts are in very nice condition. I have never opened up the poster. I am assuming it is in nice condition as everything else is. I try not to handle anything that isn't truly necessary. If it is important to you, ask and I will unfold the poster to make sure it is in nice condition. Original gatefold cover by Interpak by Shorewood Packaging Co. Ltd. England.
