Your chance to own this lovely copy of a complete 1st UK pressing of Elton John's 'Captain Fantastic And The Brown Dirt Cowboy' LP on DJM Records, pressed on translucent see-through dark red vinyl with gatefold sleeve and all inserts. The vinyl looks amazing when held up to the light and is in EXCELLENT+ condition, with earliest matrix numbers (A1 / B1) and stampers, and plays with strong audio throughout. Comes complete with the original gatefold cover by Shorewood Packaging (made from unlaminated smooth card on all surfaces) in NEAR MINT condition. This is a complete genuine 1st UK issue set which also includes the original giant foldout poster in EXCELLENT condition, the two original insert books ('Scraps' and 'Lyrics') in NEAR MINT condition, plus the original plain paper inner sleeve in EXCELLENT- condition.

Vinyl: EX / EX+ Genuine 1st UK issue, pressed on translucent see-through dark red vinyl, with earliest matrix numbers and stampers. A few very small and light hairline marks on each side, which are superficial and do not affect the strong audio playback. Side A has one other small mark, on Track 3, which plays through fine with just a few light audio "pops".
