Elton John released what may have been the greatest album of his career in 1973. Using a term from 'The Wizard of Oz', he titled that materpiece 'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road', and it features MANY hits! (The title track, "Candle in the Wind", "Bennie and the Jets", "Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting", and "Funeral for a Friend (Love Lies Bleeding)".) This incredible smash hit album has sold over THIRTY million copies since it came out, and continues to sell, even to this very day!
