Description
ELTON JOHN - "Greatest Hits" LP
Click Image to EnlargeI'm offering the Elton John 33rpm album titled "Greatest Hits". 10 songs. Released in 1974 by MCA Records. #MCA-2128. I've owned this since it came out and have never played it. I worked in the entertainment business here in Hollywood and got a lot of records for free. Sometimes duplicates. It's in very good condition. Jacket is in good condition. Sleeve is also in good condition but with light spots in one corner as seen in the gallery images. Combine auctions and save on shipping.
"Greatest Hits" was the eleventh official album release for Elton John, and the first compilation. Released in November 1974, it spans the years 1970 to 1974, compiling ten of John's singles. It topped the album chart in both the United States and the United Kingdom, staying at number one for ten consecutive weeks in the former nation and eleven weeks in the latter. It was the best-selling album of 1975 in the United States, and is his second best-selling album to date, being his first to have received an RIAA diamond certification for US sales of more than 10 million copies – as of April 2016 the album has been certified for 17 million units in the US. It remains John's best-selling album in the U.S. and one of the best-selling albums of all time, with 24 million copies sold worldwide. ©Wikipedia

I accept
This record will be wrapped in plastic, sealed, and placed between two thick, sturdy ¼" sheets of cardboard. On the outside I'll boldly write: HANDLE WITH CARE and KEEP OUT OF SUN. This brings the weight to 1 pound. Consider these options for shipping from which ebay takes 10.2% of the sale price, then 10% of shipping, then paypal takes 2.9% of the payment plus 30¢, and then the post office takes $2.89 for Media as of the January 24, 2021 price hike: UNITED STATES Media Mail, 2-7 days, is $3.35; Parcel Post, 2-10 days, is $10.60; and Priority Mail, 2-3 days, is $11.00. The package will be sent immediately after receipt of payment. ALL OTHER COUNTRIES I don't ship outside the U.S. because of ebay's free insurance policy at the seller's cost which causes me to lose 2 month's profit in one claim.
