SLEEVE: light sticker residue top left, otherwise Superb..lovely and clean..Spine lettering nice and clear: EX
BOOK: Superb...no marks or creases..Like new: EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few wispy paper contact surface hairlines...plays Superbly with just a very little light static which reduces to nothing as the side plays..no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...lovely clear sound throughout!: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX to EX+
VINYL - SIDE TWO: as side one...just a few wispy paper contact surface hairlines...again, plays Superbly with just a very little light static which reduces to nothing as the side plays..no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...lovely clear sound throughout!: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX to EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
