This is a boot titled: "The Pacific War Memorial Commission Proudly Presents In Person Elvis and HIs Show". Label unknown, shows GA-200 on jacket edge. Looks like a gatefold jacket. Small blem in bottom left corner, upper right & lower right corners of jacket caused by poor packaging in shipment when this was originally bought back in 1977/1978. SEALED. Mono. An Elvis 100% benefit performance with ticket sales going to the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial Fund in 1961 at Bloch Arena Hawaii. Contains special 16 page souvenir booklet and sticker stating same on the shrink wrap.
