The record has hardly any marks and grades NM.

The insert has some light yellowing/foxing/creasing and there is a pen mark on one side and it grades VG+ to EX.

The sleeve has some light yellowing/foxing on the front. Very light edge wear. Very light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades EX. 

There is some light fading along the top edge of the Obi.
