78 RPM RECORD ELVIS PRESLEY "GOOD ROCKIN TONIGHT/I DON'T CARE IF THE SUN DON'T SHINE" (Canadian pressing) I'm going to visually call it V- because it does have obvious surface marks and some scratches, etc. But it still has shine as well, and as you can hear in the audio clips, it sounds really nice. Tiny chip at very outer edge

Here's a general grading guide we use for 78 RPM Records. We use this, along with large images and audio/video clips of the actual records to provide the most honest and accurate information about the records we have listed. As grading is highly subjective, we will give a visual grade of the record, and provide audio/video of the record so the bidder can actually decide for themselves on the audio grade. Please check out all of the photos and audio/video clips before bidding.
NM...Like new, with only the very slightest signs of having ever been played (rarely see 78s in this condition) E+....Very clean, shiny record that has been extremely well cared for. May have a few very insignificant light scuffs/marks. E.....Nice shiny looking record that has been well cared for. Possibly a few scuffs, or maybe a few very light scratches, but these would be very minor. E-....Very decent record, starting to show some signs of handling, with scuffs/light scratches becoming a little more obvious (nothing serious, but some wear IS becoming apparent) V+....Record is starting to show more wear. Scuffs/scratches more obvious/plentiful. Wear is becoming more evident, but still a very enjoyable/decent sounding record. V.....This record has been well used, with scuffs/scratches/wear very obvious, Still a great player and sounds decent, but it's seen it's fair share of use. V-....Has seen heavy use. Scratches/wear plentiful, heavier, and possibly becoming obtrusive. Still a decent player, but likely has a considerable amount of wear and possible surface noise. G/G+....Anything in this grade will have a LOT of surface wear. Still plays okay, but not a nice looking record. Fair....Very rough...Will likely have an uncomfortable amount of noise. Poor....Basically a wall hanger.
Our audio clips are recorded using just an average 3 mil needle and a decent/basic record player (nothing fancy) These are raw (straight from the record) recordings with no added EQ, filters or any other type of enhancements.
All 78s are packaged securely, sandwiched and placed in a large box with extra padding on top and bottom.
