Sleeve Included: Yes a plain inner sleeve, as well as the original PHOTO INSERT Is included in excellent shape, very rare insert!
Vinyl Grade: VERY GOOD the disc has some light surface marks and light scratches but clean and glossy overall and not that far from VG+
Jacket Grade: VERY GOOD some light edge and corner wear and light rubbing wear and a crease in top left corner, but clean and solid overall
