ELVIS PRESLEY EP LOVE ME TENDER HMV 7EG 8199 1957
On offer is The ELVIS PRESLEY 45 rpm EP entitled LOVE ME TENDER released in the UK on HMV 7EG 8199 in 1957. Tracks are :- Love me tender / Let me / Poor boy / We’re gonna move.
The laminated front sleeve is in lovely EX condition. It has just a small amount of laminate loss in the lower right hand corner (to the right of the credits - see scans). The back cover has some very minor ring loss. Overall this is a really nice sleeve. The disc is visually in EX condition with very clear labels and nice vinyl. It generally plays EX – with the exception of – one short hiss in the run-in groove to the track - Poor Boy - and one short hiss (during the instrumental intro) just before Elvis starts singing Poor Boy. There are a couple of small audible hisses on Love Me Tender.
