ELVIS PRESLEY - “ELVIS' CHRISTMAS ALBUM” (LSP-1951), A VERY SCARCE "FLAT LABEL" ISSUE FROM 1968! RECORD: VG++ (EXC) with full, original glossy surfaces! There are just a few very light scuffs that should not have any effect on the audible performance. This Indianapolis pressing should play beautifully. The "Flat" labels are simply gorgeous and glossy in appearance. Attempts to capture the gloss on the labels with the photos provided, have failed. They do look nicer in person! These "Flat" labels are anything but "common" and seem to have been produced from late 1967 through 1968. The Matrix numbers on this record end with 15S/23S. COVER: VG++ (EXC) with the red "Stereo Effect Reprocessed From Monophonic" sticker on the front. The sticker was applied a bit too far to the right, resulting in a bend as it wraps around the open end edge. The spine as well as the upper and lower edges are fully legible and solid. Some minor wear is seen on the corner tips. Ring wear is very light and seen mostly on the front. A very clean, attractive cover! INNER SLEEVE: The original "ELVIS' Great LP Catalog" (40D) from 1968.
