ELVIS PRESLEY - “ELVIS' GOLD RECORDS - VOL. 2” (LPM-2075), A FIRST PRESSING FROM 1960, WITH THE ORIGINAL OUTER PLASTIC BAGGY                RECORD:  VG++ (EXC) with original glossy surfaces! There are just a few very light surface scuffs that should have no effect on the audible performance. This Hollywood pressing should play beautifully from beginning to end! The labels are very clean and original, with just some light spindle marks seen on each side. This is a scarce First Pressing from 1959-60 with "Long 33-1/3 Play" at the base of the labels. This album was originally released in December of 1959 and includes all of "The King's" huge hits from 1957-59; from "Don't" through "A Big Hunk O' Love"!      COVER:  NM and fully original! This cover is as flawless as one would ever expect to find! Super RARE this nice!! There are absolutely no edge breaks, seam splits or even ring wear. No, not even a single staple hole! This cover boasts glossy slicks on both sides and still has its original outer plastic "baggy" that has always protected it since 1960. This is the second cover for this issue, the first being issued in 1959 with the catalog number (LPM-2075) inside of the "box" to the upper right, just beneath "RCA Victor". in 1960, RCA Victor revised all of their album covers across the board, to show all monaural catalog numbers to the lower left corner. All stereophonic numbers remained positioned along the upper portion of the cover. This is one beautiful, 58-year-old cover!      INNER SLEEVE:  The original "RCA Victor" sleeve from the era, depicting other albums available at the time, including this very album!
