Description

Up for auction is an lp from the legendary ELVIS PRESLEY for his classic 2nd album titled "Elvis"
This vinyl album was released in 1956 in the US on RCA Victor Records in "New Orthaphonic" High Fidelity Mono (LPM 1382).
This is an original 50s US Pressing with black "shaded dog" label and silver lettering

Matrix Numbers:
Side 1: G2 WP7207-4S small A / small H
Side 2: G2 WP7208-4S small A / small H

Condition:
Vinyl is in strong VG (Very Good), bordering close to VG+ on Side 2 .
There is one feelable scratch on the track "First In Line" on Side 1. I playgraded this track at a loud volume and it plays through with just some light to mild surface noise heard. Not  too bad at all, and much better that I expected!
I would say the album plays at an overall VG+ (Very Good+) or better with some light surface noise heard in some portions. A decent player copy for the collector and fan!!!
Album Cover is fairly clean with some light to standard shelf wear on front. There is some age spotting and ring wear visible to the cardboard on back cover. There is an old Sears, Roebuck & Co. dept. store sticker on the upper left hand corner on back cover.
There is a top seam split that measures about 5 inches across from opening. There is a small piece of clear adhesive tape that I'm assuming previous owner used  for repair on top corner opening edge.
Please see photos for more detail.

Track Listing includes:
Rip It Up / Love Me / When My Blue Moon Turns To Gold Again / Long Tall Sally / First In Line / Paralyzed / So Glad You're Mine / Old Shep / Ready Teddy / Anyplace Is Paradise / How's The World Treating You / How Do You Think I Feel
