The record has very light/faint superficial/hairline surface marks/scuffs and grades EX. 

The attached booklet has some rubbing marks/foxing and grades VG+.

The gatefold sleeve has some light edge wear. Some corner wear, mainly on the top right corners. There is a small crease across the top right corner on the front and back. There is foxing/yellowing on the inside back. There is also foxing on the back of the Obi. Light ring wear/rubbing marks and the sleeve grades VG+.
