"Janis & Elvis"

This is the ultra rare original 10" record released in South in 1957.  It was on sale for less than two days before being withdrawn.  This specific copy was bought in Durban.  It is the real deal, not a bootleg or re-issue!!  Next year will be the 60th anniversary of the ultra rare record.  Get it now while still available!!  I consider the reserve low for this very rare record.  Three identifiers for this record are; silver lettering on a black label, matrix numbers and the fold-over flaps on the sleeve.  All these characteristics are in place.  I have added links to wav files of the actual copy.  It is compressed, but will give you a very good idea of the sound quality.  I do not own a vinyl cleaning machine, thus it was wiped and recorded.  The recorded file was not edited or enhanced apart from compressed to wav format.

Sleeve:       VG (No writting on this sleeve.  It is clean from any marks apart from general scuffing over the years.  It has a seam and bottom seam split.  The top is half length and bottom is full.  There is also a piece of the fold over flap missing.  See picture of reverse side of the sleeve)

Vinyl - VG (No writting on the labels.  The vinyl shows some surface marks.  During playback noise is heard between tracks and the quieter sections.  I did not find any skips during playback.)

I will mail this record worldwide.  I will pack it very careful to protect the item against any damage.  I remove the vinyl from the sleeve to prevent seam spilts.  I use a custom build mailer to prevent any bending or damage to the vinyl and sleeve.  P&P will be $25-00, this will include tracking of the parcel.  Please wait for my invoice before payment is made.
