The film Elvis: That’s The Way It Is provided fans with their first glimpse of the new contemporary Elvis performing at the peak of his vocal prowess in August of 1970. This individually numbered, 17 song, 2 LP set features the full performance from his August 12,1970 Dinner show. 13 songs are previously unreleased.

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
