Tight shrink and seal. See no indication of this being a re-issue. Feels rigid/stiff, thick. Should be either silver or white top DOT. Sorry but absolutely no returns if opened.

Please note: after more research and help from others, this could be the 1968 orange label. The sealed one weighs the same as an original open one. The orange one would weigh the same. The orange one is rarer and more valuable than the original. Either way you have a 50+ year old valuable sealed LP. Of course the only way to find out is open it but that will be up to the winner. Again, sorry but no returns of opened.
