Description
A great opportunity to buy an ORIGINAL copy of a 10 inch VINYL LP from the 50's by Elvis Presley called "Loving You", being the soundtrack to the film of the same name.
A mint copy of this 10 inch rarity has a current book value of £110.
This is a U.K. pressing released in 1957 on the RCA label (RC 24001 mono, black/silver spot). It has a total of 8 tracks:-
Side One:- Mean Woman Blues; (Let Me Be Your) Teddy Bear; Loving You; Got A Lot O' Livin' To Do.
Side Two:- Lonesome Cowboy; Hot Dog; Party; True Love.
Visually the vinyl is in a clean and shiny VERY GOOD condition. I always grade records under a strong light and it is clear there are minor surface marks on the vinyl, though nothing too deep to affect the playing.
I have played the record right the way through and it plays fine, without sticking or jumping, and overall it plays as EXCELLENT condition.
The labels are clean and free from any writing or major defects.
It comes housed in the original company poly-lined inner sleeve in EXCELLENT condition within a laminated flipback picture cover in a well-preserved EXCELLENT condition, there being minimal wear and tear at the very tips of the corners and a couple of marks on the spine. There is no creasing, but just minor ring-wear evident with angled viewing.
The matrix numbers are:- H2WL-2762-1B and H2WL-2763-1B.
Overall, a rare chance to buy this highly collectable 53 year old record.
