My mother in-law is selling off her private collection of Elvis 45s, that she has had since the day she bought them in the stores.  Included in this vast collection is TWO of the most sought after of all Elvis original records… The Original Suns.

This auction is for the BIG ONE that everyone is after.  Record #209.  The other, record #217 plus many more Elvis RCA records will be coming soon to my ebay auctions.                                                        

About this RARE piece of music history up for auction…Record #209. “That’s All Right” on one side. “Blue Moon of Kentucky” on flip side.

Recorded July 5, 1954, this was Mr. Presley’s VERY FIRST COMMERCIAL RECORD.  Thus, the most sought after.

 I would rate Very Good to Very Good +++ condition.  Only normal wear of play.  This collection has been meticulously stored in sleeves for about the last 30 to 40 years.   No major scratches on vinyl or tears on paper label. On That’s All Right side of label…the name “June” has been written in pencil (my mother in-law).  It should erase, but I didn’t want to try for fear of tearing the paper. 

YES:  PUSH MARKS OF AUTHENTICITY ON BOTH OF MY SUN RECORDS.  Having researched these records before putting them up for auction, all collectors agree that the push markings or indentions of the label are the surest way to know that you are getting a Genuine Original of these Rare Sun Elvis Records.
