The record has hardly any marks and grades NM.
The insert has some light yellowing down one edge and it grades EX.
The sleeve has some light edge wear on the bottom edge. Very light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades EX.
There is some fading down the left side of the Obi and also some light foxing/rubbing marks on the back. There is also a small 8mm tear on the top and 3mm tear on the bottom of the Obi.
