ELVIS PRESLEY – “POT LUCK” (LPM-2523), A SCARCER SECOND PRESSING, SHOWING THE “RCA VICTOR” LOGO AT THE TOP OF THE LABELS NOW IN WHITE.
RECORD: VG++ (EXC) with original, glossy surfaces! There are just a small amount of very light surface scuffs that should not have much, if any, effect on the audible performance. This Rockaway pressing should play great from beginning to end! The labels are clean and original, with just a few light spindle marks. This album was originally released in June of 1962 and includes no immediate hit singles, although “Suspicion / Kiss Me Quick” was finally released in 1964. The matrix numbers on this record end with 6S/6S.
COVER: VG++ (EXC) with no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes. Ring wear is very minimal on this cover. The spine as well as the upper and lower edges are fully legible and solid. Some wear is seen at the corner tips as would be expected with a cover of this vintage. The upper right corner shows that it has been “dinged” at some point in time. This is a very clean and original cover!
