The sleeve is Good it has 2 small pieces missing (see photo's) but its mostly all intact a little tatty but it has no seam splits and all the text is there, the labels are EX the vinyl on side 1 is VG it has a long scuff mark and other light scuffs and scratches, the long mark causes very light hissing when the needle goes over it but its hardly noticeable, side 2 has some light scuffs and scratches and looks Good but actually the audio is VG+ overall the audio is VG+ and plays much better than it looks on this 1956 UK HMV album issue CLP1093 by Elvis Presley - "Rock 'N' Roll" all in all a great collection filler
