Description
Up for auction is Elvis Presley "Stuck On You"/"Fame and Fortune" 45 only. RCA 61-7740. (Living Stereo). 1960. The record is VG+. It plays more like a VG+ or better. The labels show light wear. The "Stuck On You" side shows more wear than the other side. The number 293 is written in ink on the "Stuck On You" side right next to the title. It is very lightly visible. The stripes on the vinyl are a reflection from the wallpaper. The record has an $80.00 reserve.
My rating chart for records is similar to that of Goldmine grading.
NM (Near Mint) A nearly perfect record. No marks, sometimes never played. A picture sleeve should have no more than the most minor defects, such as almost invisible ring wear or other signs of slight handling. This is a grade I seldom, if ever, use. Sleeves can be wrinkled and records scuffed right from the record store.
VG++ (Very Good++)Record will show some very light scratches or scuffs which shouldn't be audible when played. The picture sleeve will show some ring wear and possibly lightly turned up corners or slight seam splits.
VG+ (Very Good+)Record will show more scratches and scuffs than a VG++ rating. It will play with some audible noise from these marks. Labels may be marred or have stickers or residue from stickers. The same will be true of the picture sleeve.
VG (Very Good) Record will be well worn and audible noise will be more noticeable from scratches and scuffs. Labels and picture sleeves will be marred or have stickers or residue from stickers.
Shipping will be $3.00 (media mail) in the United States to be paid by the buyer. This amount covers shipping, delivery confirmation, and new record box with cardboard inserts. We do not charge anything for handling. Insurance is optional and at buyer's expense. International shipping (air mail ONLY) will be determined at auction end and will be paid by the buyer. Although we would like to list international shipping, it varies from country to country. Shipping can be combined on items within a seven day period. Please let us know in advance if you wish to do so.
