This is a great find.  The sides are as follows:

• "That's All Right" (Arthur Crudup) Elvis Presley with Scotty and Bill.  The number U-128-45 space 72 seems to be engraved in the vinyl.  There is minor wear to the label as noted in the pictures.
• "Blue Moon of Kentucky" (Bill Monroe) Elvis Presley with Scotty and Bill.  The number U-129-45 space 72 is faint but is there.  The paper label on this side has a 29 cent stamp and an old owner's initials as noted in the pictures.

Both sides of the record have 3 push marks which are easily seen.  On the "That's All Right" side, there is one just below the "S" in Sun, one between the "N" in Sun and the word "vocal" and one that would go through the "vis" in Elvis' name. 

On the other side, there is one just to the left of the word "Vocal", one is the bottom of the "S" in Sun, and the other is through the "ue" in Blue of the title.  I have tried to take pictures of some of these so make sure to see all of the pictures.  I believe this to be an original but I am not a collector in this area, so please ask any questions prior to bidding.

Both sides of the paper label show some wear but there is no major damage noted.  This record has been played as there are some superficial scratches but none seem to be deep.  I do not have a record player to play this record to check how it sounds.  There are no chips or cracks.

I am also including the Sun Records sleeve this item came to me in.  I am not sure if it is original, but it will be included any way.  The sleeve is in great shape with just some minor discoloration around the edges from age.  There are no major rips or tears noted.
