Description

This is a rare one-sided 6" single of The Truth About Me by Elvis Presley that was issued in 1956. It plays at 78rpm. It is an interview recording.
This was a mail order release available through Weekend Mail magazine. This still has the original packaging envelope, although this was torn when it was opened (see pics).

Condition Vinyl - Has not been play tested but it looks reasonably clean with just a few light marks. Sleeve - N/A - only has the original envelope packaging.

We use the Record Collector grading system which grades records from Mint to Poor. We always aim to grade conservatively and fairly. However, we recognise that grading can be subjective and one man's EX can be another man's Good, so please contact us if you would like to clarify any issues with condition. Please note that (unlike other sellers) we will only grade records as Mint or Near Mint if we can be certain that they have never been played. If they have been used, then our highest grading will be EX. If you are looking for a mint copy then please remember that records graded as VG or Good will have signs of use and/or marks on them, and will probably have some surface noise. We don't want to cause any disappointment, but we have found that some buyers have unrealistic expectations of records graded as VG or below. If you are unsure on any of this then please contact us, and we will be happy to give you as much information on the condition of this record as you require.
We will discount postage for bulk purchases - see below. If you buy more than 1 item from us then please wait until you have received a combined invoice from us before paying, as Ebay will not apply the discount automatically.
All records are sent out in custom-made record sized cardboard envelopes along with a cardboard stiffener. For your peace of mind, we will only send international parcels using Royal Mail's Tracked & Signed service (where available).
