ELVIS PRESLEY  ELVIS PRESLEY 1956 RCA  LSP-1254   Dead Wax side 1: G2PP-1282-8S Dead Wax side 2: G2PP-1283-7S
VINYL: no feel-able scratches but lots of hair lines, no skips or repeats, lots of pops  side 1 looks & plays VG despite VG level background I found this side very enjoyable side 2 looks & plays VG- still enjoyable but lots of surface pops, never comes close to drowning out the music, but sounds like an average, VG-, 78. SLEEVE: VG I carefully & invisibly glue repaired 3 approx 2" splits 1 on top bottom another on the bottom & 1 more on the spine, See pix of the whole sides, then the repair. Labels: show lines from the needle playing on them In an MFSL audiophile inner

VG A well used record that still sounds OK but will have some pops &/or surface noise but nowhere near the volume of the music

VG- A very worn record that plays through without repeating or having a skip that loses more than a couple of notes/words.

G+ Aside from rare & valuable records or 78's I rarely list at this level because the listening experience is rather diminished

G  aka "Good" is not good. The record is playable but not particularly enjoyable.
