- Alle items zijn op voorraad en worden binnen 24 uur na ontvangst van uw betaling verstuurd.

-  Bij niet betaling wordt na 6 dagen een - automatische- betalingsherrinering gestuurd en na 8 dagen een geschil opgestart. Na 14 dagen wordt dit geschil door ebay gesloten en ontvangt u een negatieve aantekening. Laat het svp dus niet zo ver komen, dat bespaart beide p[artijen een hoop ergenis. Als u niet van plan bent te betalen, biedt dan ook niet.

The Small Print

We are happy to provide you with a full refund in the event of receiving a defective item. Although we cannot provide a refund due to items purchased in error. Please make sure that you have read the auction terms and description before you place a bid. If you are unsure at any time, you can always use the "ask seller a question" facility before placing your bid, to ensure that all your questions about the item have been answered

All items are in stock and will be dispatched within 24hr of your payment receiving.

We do expect your payment to be with us in seven (7) days.

We work monday/friday 8.30 - 17.30 and we strive to answer your mails promptly and quicky. E-mails received in the evening and weekdays will be answered the first woking day.

Unfortunately, missing items will only be refunded when they were send with insured mail. If the value of the items is higher then 30 euro's, it will also be send with insured mail (at your costs)

As non paying bidders do consume a lot of time and frustrations we will send a payment reminder after 6 days and ebay will start a dispute after 8 days. If no payment is received after 15 days ebay will end the dispute and make it a strike against your account.
