I have graded the record FAIR according to the Record Collector's guide which describes "Fair" as follows:

The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise;

it may even jump.The cover and contents will be torn,stained or/defaced.

OK, the cover is not torn but has many creases (see scan); I have played the record and it does not have any skips

but has many surface marks. Obviously the record is for the most serious collector who may want to have everything.
