THIS is a 1983 45 rpm PICTURE SLEEVE by U.S. HEAVY METAL BAND - EMERALD ~ " LADIES OF THE NIGHT " b/w " HIGH ROLLER " , on the EMERALD Label # MPPA 7123.
Band reminds me a little of SCORPIONS / RAINBOW.
