ENGLAND-GARDEN SHED **EXTREMELY RARE 12" VINYL 1977 ARISTA ARTY 153
I AM HAVING TO PART WITH MY MUCH-LOVED COPY OF THIS LESSER-KNOWN CLASSIC ALBUM (I need a new laptop!)
CONDITION - GOOD
COVER : GOOD - some creasing to edges & fraying of corners; some discoloration along edges; some sticker-glue still on top right front
(will probably come off with some TLC, but I don't want to risk damaging the finish.
One or two other small marks & slight indentation on rear (only about 1mm wide & 2.5cm long with 1cm line across.)
VISUAL : VERY GOOD - some superficial marks
PLAYS : GOOD- Has periodic low-level crackles throughout, but was much improved after a second clean.
Further cleaning may well improve it some more. No major scratches, jumps or sticks.
ALSO: Side 1 Track 1 -crackly & few small pops on intro;
1 small scratch x 4 clicks on intro small scratch x 2 clicks & crackles in quiet section
Side 1 Track 2 -Bit crackly at start; several small clicks; 1 small scratch x 3 clicks
Side 1 Track 3 -Part 1 : few small crackles at start
Part 2 : slight crackling in quiet sections, 3 largish pops, largish pop in guitar break.
Part 3 : couple of small pops in main section, several very small pops on playout
Side 2 Track 1: Crackly at start; 1 pop; 1 small scratch x 2 clicks
Side 2 Track 2: A few clicks/pops on intro; 2 larger pops in main part; some crackles and one largish pop in quiet section.
Side 2 Track 3: Occasional crackles & 1 small scratch x 4 clicks in first quiet bit; slight crackles in 2nd quiet bit
1 small pop & small scratch x 3 clicks in 3rd quiet bit; light 'cracklescratch' during 'wind effect' playout
