Condizioni : la copertina presenta un pò di lieve usura lungo i bordi oltre ad una piccola firma scritta a penna sulla fascia rossa del retro, per cortesia guardate la scansione n° 2; grande stato, EX / il vinile presenta qualche segno superficiale che condiziona l'ascolto con alcuni clicchettii e del rumore di fondo; discreto stato, VG+

Condition : the cover shows some slight wear along the edges as well as a small signature written in pen on the red band of the back, please look at scan No. 2, EX / vinyl shows some surface marks which affect listening with some clicking sound and background noise, VG+

GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie il controllo viene effettuato sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i dischi in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati, i 33 giri su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1 mentre gli EP e i singoli a 45 giri con un Thorens TD 166 BC fornito di una testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All records in auction have been fully heard. Lps on a Rega Planar 3 turntable with a Grado Statement 1 moving magnet cartridge, EPs and singles 45 rpm. on a Thorens TD 166 BC turntable with a Goldring 1006 MM cartridge. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : Kirongozi significa in lingua Kiswahili (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda...) "il maestro cacciatore" e questo documentario è dedicato al Brasiliano Jorge Alves de Lima: grande cacciatore e guida per i più importanti safari in Africa. Musica composta e diretta da Enrico Simonetti che soggiornò dal 1952 al 1961 in Brasile prima di tornare in Italia. Ampie melodie dalla struttura sinfonica descrivono i luoghi Africani, l'emozioni e le paure degli uomini e degli animali, l'avventura ed il pericolo senza mai cadere in vanagloriose marcette pro cacciatori e dunque nella demagogia. Da segnalare "Evoção da Africa" (a2) con un'apertura dolce dell'orchestra successivamente raggiunta da buone percussioni ritmiche e susseguente crescendo della sua linea melodica.

"the master hunter" and this documentary is dedicated to Brazilian Jorge Alves de Lima: great hunter and guide to the most important African hunting safaris. Music composed and conducted by Enrico Simonetti who lived from 1952 to 1961 in Brazil before returning to Italy. Broad melodies from symphonic structure describing the African places, the emotions and fears of men and animals, adventure and danger without ever falling into boastful marches pro hunters and therefore in demagogy. To report "Evoção from Africa" (a2) with a sweet overture of the orchestra reached later by good rhythmic percussions and subsequent crescendo of its melodic line.
