" BRUCE LEE: ENTER THE DRAGON " (Lalo Schifrin), Warner Bros Records (P-5526~7W) STEREO, 1975.
This is the ultra-rare original Japanese (only) issue 2LP of Schifrin's incredible score to the cult Bruce Lee movie.
Contains 17 marked tracks of original music - some of which actually contain more than one piece of music! All original music composed and conducted by Schifrin.
CONDITION:
VINYL = NEAR MINT (to be honest my "near" grading is partly to cover my own back, this fabulous 2LP looks and sounds as though it has only a hanfful of spins - the records are even still in their original Japanese clear plastic inners!)
SLEEVE = EXCELLENT (this record has clearly been kept in an outer plastic sleeve for most of it's life and is not creased, defaced or torn. All that lets it down is a light brownish speckling caused by the LP being stored in a dampish enviroment in the past. This is much more obvious becuase the sleeve is white - if the sleeve had been a darker colour it would have been hard to spot!)
The original OBI is of course present and correct, it is untorn but does have a slight crease on it.
Also included is the fold-out insert featuring text and photos from the film. I have seen another dealer selling a copy of this which alledgedly included a poster. I have had several copies of this LP over the years and none of them have ever included a poster. So either I have yet to be lucky enough to get one or the other seller is talking about the picture insert (they did not provide a photo unfortunately!). This is a small detail but I felt it fair to point it out!
This month a similar copy of this LP sold for $157.50 here on ebay, and in the recent past I have sold this LP for £100. However to encourage bidding I am starting this auction at just £49.99!
