Cover is nice. There are no tears or rips or bad seams but there is some wearing as seen in the photo.
Labels are in excellent condition
The records are also extremely nice as you can also see in the photo. Minimal if any scratches. These were well taken care of and handled by the center ring and edge only their entire life.
