Description

This is your chance to get your mitts on an entire chunk of Erasure history.

PRIVATE EAR was the Erasure Fan Club Magazine issued by the Erasure Information Service (EIS). I was a member between 1991 and 1992.

This collection is in MINT CONDITION (except where noted) and has been stored meticulously.

THE AUCTION LOT INCLUDES:

- photo of Erasure - signed by both Vince and Andy
- gold plexi 45 interview disc - recorded christmas 1990 - interview by Janet from EIS
- embossed A4 size folder with EIS logo
- post cards of the band issued only through EIS

AND PRIVATE EAR FAN CLUB ISSUES:

- Issue 7 - "Rage Issue" May 1991
- Issue 8 - "Chorus" release dates - Sept 1991
- Issue 9 - "Am I Right" - Nov 1991
- Issue 10 - "Breath of Llife" - Feb 1992
- Issue 11 - "Abbaesque" - May 1992
- Issue 12 - "Pop!" - Oct 1992 (?)
- Issue 13 - "Merry Christmas" - Dec 1992

All issues of Private Ear are in MINT condition - except 7-9 which were in the old newsletter format and posted by EIS without envelopes so have Air Mail stamps on the outside. Issue 9 is also missing a corner where an enthusiastic teen cut out his renewal form.

THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RARE AND VALUABLE AUCTION LOT.
