TRACK LISTING:  A clear scan of the track listing has been uploaded
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  The sleeve has very slight edge wear on the bottom two corners and a small deletion hole through the bottom left-hand corner.  Side 3 record label has pressing imperfections around the spindle hole and at the perimeter (see picture 7)
