NEXT - A WEEK'S WORTH OF AUDIOPHILE QUALITY HALF-SPEED MASTERED LPs - This is a reasonably priced 1979 MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LAB / MCA RECORDS HALF SPEED MASTERED U.S. ISSUE JAPAN PRESS LP of the 1977 album titled 'Slowhand' from legendary guitarist Eric Clapton. It is Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab Records U.S. catalog number MFSL 1-030. The original foldout cardboard insert with blurbs and technical information about Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab recordings is included, as well as the original warranty and MFSL advertising inserts, and record comes packaged inside the gatefold cover in its original static free cling free inner sleeve. Tracks: Cocaine, Wonderful Tonight, Lay Down Sally, Next TIme You See Her, We're All The Way, The Core, May You Never, Mean Old Frisco, Peaches And Diesel. Condition of record is a real nice EX with just a couple of extremely light visible sleeve marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play. Condition of cover could be a bit better at VG -- Back gatefold has a 5" split in the right side of its top edge (I have carefully and neatly repaired this split by taping from the inside), a few slight wrinkles, a fair amount of ring and contact wear, and some general wear along the edges and on the corners. Cover has no tears, writing, or stickers. Advertising insert has some wrinkles. I have priced this LP modestly according to the condition of the cover, record is EX and will sound fine - This high quality MFSL LP would still make a worthy addition to any audiophile pressing, Fleetwood Mac, or classic rock record collection!
