Up for sale here is a very nice copy of Eric Clapton's "Backtrackin'", a DOUBLE LP from the UK of "22 tracks spanning the career of a rock legend". Broken down by sides, Disc One Side One is the "Singles", including "I Shot The Sheriff", "Knockin' On Heaven's Door", "Lay Down Sally", "Promises", "Swing Low", and "Wonderful Tonight". Disc One Side Two is the "History", and includes Cream's "Sunshine Of Your Love", "Tales Of Brave Ulysses", "Badge", and his Derek and the Dominoes tracks "Little Wing" and "Layla". Disc Two Side One is the "Classics", including "Cocaine", "Strange Brew", "Spoonful", "Let It Rain", "Have You Ever Loved A Woman", and "Presence Of The Lord". LP Two Side Two are the "Live" tracks "Crossroads", "Roll With It", "Can't Find My Way Home", "Blues Power", and "Further On Up The Road". GREAT COLLECTION in great shape. The gatefold cover is in fine shape with just a hint of ring wear, some minor shelf and edge wear and minorly bumped corners, but a VERY legible spine and NO splitting, NO holes, cut corners, or saw marks. A very solid cover wrapping two discs in very nice shape, both clean and shiny with good color. Disc One Side One has some light marks across the first three songs, but as I'm listening to it now, I'm not hearing any tics or pops other than some faint background used vinyl sound, and this is before we give it a deep clean. AWESOME job mastering this, "I Shot The Sheriff" just jumps out of the speakers. Other than this, the other three sides are near EXCELLENT, NO scratches with maybe only one or two very faint sleeve marks. This vinyl is in great shape. This is a fairly scarce collection of some of Clapton's best, never released, to my knowledge, in the US. The LPs are wrapped in nice VRP Discwasher static free plastic sleeves. Great package, get it before it's gone. We use official LP mailers with the record outside the cover, and in clean white sleeves separately from any photo inner sleeves. All vinyl is cleaned with an enzyme spray then finished with a SpinClean Machine. With sealed vinyl, please understand that we will only accept returns if the LP is still sealed, which is for our financial protection as well as yours.
