DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: some wear to the corners and a 4cm seam split at the centre of the right edge together with a number in blue pen rear top left, otherwise fine..all notes clear...flipbacks fully intact: VG
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few very fine surface hairlines..plays beautifully with just light static in the odd quiet place which reduces to barely anything as the side plays...no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...Lovely clear sound throughout!: VISUAL VG+ / AUDIO EX to EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many. I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
