On Apr-10-19 at 15:20:59 PDT, seller added the following information:

A buyer has informed me that this is possibly a second pressing due to the groove around the label not being as "wide or deep" as other pressings. However, from my research & talking to some of my colleagues, there seems to be no consensus on New Jazz pressings post-NJLP 8204. Pressings post-8204 sometimes feature no deep groove, deep grove on one side, deep groove on both sides, wider deep grooves, variations on font, etc. This is even true with the test pressings (https://www.popsike.com/roy-haynes-CRACKLIN-new-jazz-TEST-PRESSING-van-gelder/150177420007.html - a test pressing of Roy Hanes' "Cracklin'" with no deep groove). This is because Prestige Records owner, Bob Weinstock, would use multiple pressing plants to save money (unlike Blue Note who only used Plastylite Plant pre-Liberty). Each pressing plant had its own way of pressing LPs up and some would use a deep groove & some would not. This is why some New Jazz LPs have so many label variations.
