Description
Available here is a 12” vinyl single by the Esbee Family - Chicks And Chicken b/w Let Them Do It To You. A Nigerian 1st and only pressing, it was issued by Taretone in 1980 with the catalogue number TTD 156. Somewhat rare and rather collectible, copies only occasionally surface and you’ll do well to find one in better condition!

Vinyl Condition - Excellent- - The record is bright and clean and although a few minor surface marks are present, there are no worrying scratches. Basic production techniques certainly account for an insignificant warp to the record and a couple of other minor dimples but this has absolutely no impact on the performance. Having listened to the record, I can confirm that the sound is bright and clear and there is no jumping, sticking or clicks. Apart from the intro and outro of the second side, background crackle/noise is virtually non-existent and very low-level if heard.
Cover/Sleeve Condition - Excellent- - Original outer cover, with minor signs of corner wear. It still retains most of its polythene shrink-wrap, which is slightly bowing the edges in places. There is also a plain white, die-cut, sleeve with minor creasing and an edge nick.

It is not my intention to profit from postage. If possible I use good clean recyclable material but I also buy bubble wrap, brown paper, packing tape and glue and all items are well wrapped and protected before posting. Items are also weighed and postage calculated before I list at auction and a small percentage of the charge does go towards packing costs.
