DISCS - All four discs are excellent (NM). All four have the original inner liner (I ran out of picture space to show the fourth one). Some of the liners have seam splits.
SLEEVES - The four sleeves are decent (VG+). All have varying degrees of shelf wear, a couple have partial seam splits. No writing or stains.
