Sleeve Included: Yes a plain paper inner sleeve as well as a lyric sheet insert
Vinyl Grade: VERY GOOD the disc has some light surface marks and light scratches but clean and glossy overall and not that far from VG+
Jacket Grade: VERY GOOD jacket has some light rubbing wear and corner wear and some light edge creases but overall not far from VG+

MINT : Unopened And New
NEAR MINT : Looks basically like new but not sealed
VERY GOOD+ : nicer than VG but not like new
