This auction is for a rare and great find. It is the 1982 MCA Promo Album of E.T. the Steven Spielberg movie narrated by Michael Jackson. Produced by Quincy Jones, music By John Williams. It comes on a 33" LP (vinyl album) and is in great shape. No scratches or scuffs. The album is , nice and shiny, no warping, no cracks looks like it hasn't been played. Comes in orignal packaging. It is stamped in right hand corner in Gold embossing "For Promotional Use Only....MCA". Comes with a Poster of E.T. with Michael Jackson and comes with the read along book. Also has the original "join ET fan club" coupon inside it. The box shows wear on the outside but contents are in very good shape. This a very nice collectible! Nice for kids, but even better for movie or MJ collectors. Someone just ask if Michael sings a song on here. The answer is: I don't know. I don't have a record player, however the book does state "Narrated and Vocals by Michael Jackson" and there are Lyrics to an opening song titled "Someone in the Dark" but it does not say who sings it. That is all I know about if Michael sings or not. Thank you for looking.
