ON TO SOME SOUL AND R&B 45s THE NEXT FEW DAYS - This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1969 VENT RECORDS U.S. 7" 45 containing the Northern soul tunes titled 'I Want My Baby Back' backed with 'Farewell' from soulsters The Ethics. It is Vent Records U.S. catalog number 1006, light blue and black labels with black print, vinyl pressing.
Visual condition of record is VG with a fair amount of surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play, some loss of gloss on one side, and two or three scratches which can barely be felt and which may cause very slight ticks for a few revolutions. Record plays better than would be expected from its appearance with a little very light hissing that is overpowered by the undistorted music. Both labels have a little writing in black marker and some contact wear. This 45 would be a nice addition to any Northern Soul record collection!
