Description
TITLE/ARTIST: This ultra rare, original 45 RPM record with it's original picture sleeve from the early years of RnR, by the popular 50's-60's pair, The Everly Brothers, is on the original Cadence Label - 1337 - from 1957 (see the pics above). This is just one of several early Everly Brothers' 45's/PS's I plan to be listing this week - so please check out my others as well!! The double-sided hit record is entitled "Wake Up Little Susie/Maybe Tomorrow" and comes with it's original picture sleeve - all of which is in very good overall condition. LABEL INFO: The label is nearly perfect, although it appears slightly faded - I really don't think it is however (see pics above). VINYL INFO: The vinyl is also super good and close to perfect - practically "like new", in my opinion. PICTURE SLEEVE INFO: Finally, the picture sleeve is also mostly very nice - although there are some light wrinkle/crease lines along the open edged, top seam, and some light ringwear on the blank, backside only. The "blank backside" is also an extremely unusual part of this piece! So, please view the pictures above and make your own decisions about everything. INTERESTING FACTS: To me, this 45/PS is very clean and nice, not to mention how very difficult it is to find, so please have at it. In addition, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my personal collection, and there are 1000's of more records to get to yet -- of all varieties. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!! If anyone ever needs more info than what is listed, please email me. I will respond! POSTAGE/HANDLING CHARGES: In the United States, the buyer agrees to pay $4.00 (1st Class Mail and Delivery Confirmation) for the first 45 purchased, and then just $.50 per 45 after that-----so, buy in quantity and save. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are listed in the shipping category below--$12.00 for the 1st 45 and then just $3.00 per 45 after that. PLEASE NOTE: I will not be responsible for records that are lost or damaged by either US or overseas Postal Services. However, for additional fees, I will gladly ship the packages Priority Mail and/or add insurance! Please email me with either, or both, requests if this is of interest to you. Also, please continue to check out "rogersrecords" on ebay for future collectible records of all types. There are many more to come! browser does not support JavaScript.
