In Epsom, Surrey, Ewell Castle School is a school for boys ages 3-18 and girls ages 3-11. Founded in 1926, it continues operation today. In the 1970s, LPs were made of 2 different musical/theatrical presentations, one in 1974 and one in 1979. These are what are commonly known as School Project LPs.

The hard to find first LP Pilgrim was based on John Bunyan's The Pilgrim's Progress. The 2nd more common LP was called Omnibus and consisted of parts of 3 different presentations: "Gawain and the Green Knight", "Celestial Omnibus", and "The Gold Road".  These performances featured student actors with musical accompaniment. This album was recorded at R.G. Jones Studios in Wimbledon (with the renowned Gerry Kitchingham as engineer) and  On both LPs, the music was written by Peter Back and the lyrics by John Andrews.
Records are play graded on the following system;
Turntable:Linn Basik, with a Linn Akito Arm, fitted with a Shure M75EJ Type 2 cartridge Amplifier:Unison Research, Aria Unico 1   Speakers:TDL Studio 1
The record has been cleaned on a Loricraft Audio PRC 3 Professional Record Cleaning Machine using L'Art Du Son Record Cleaning Fluid. ______________________________________________________

I am a collector who has been collecting records for nearly 30 years, and these records are either part of my collection that I no longer require, or have acquired over the years as part of a job lot I purchased.  My main motivation for selling records is to finance the purchase of further records for my collection.

I have been buying and selling on Ebay since July 2000, and have a 100% positive feedback rate. I pride myself on giving accurate gradings and doing everything I can to ensure that every sale goes smoothly.

I believe that collectable records are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them, so all my auctions have a realistic starting price in relation to their rarity and/or condition.

______________________________________________________________

My gradings are based on the system used by Record Collector magazine as described below

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.??

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.??

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Postage and Packaging
All records are sent securely packaged in purpose made mailers with at least 2 cardboard stiffeners, clearly marked fragile.I  always remove the record  from the outer sleeve (to avoid seam split whilst in transit) and then insert the record and sleeve into a brand new polythene sleeve.
I only post items as per Ebay and Paypal terms & conditions, which require that items are sent by a method that is trackable. Due to this, please be advised that you check that the postages rates listed below are acceptable to you before bidding, but please be assured, P&P charges are only those incurred and represent no profit to me.  UK packages are sent 2nd class recorded, as there appears to be only a minor  difference in delivery times between 1st & 2nd class which the additional charge does not seem to warrant. If required, I will send 1st class (if requested) but there will be an additional charge to cover  the extra cost.
I  enter the tracking number for all packages on to Ebay either on the day of dispatch or the following day, so that you are fully aware of the progress of dispatched items.
I do combined shipping, so if you win more than one item it will work out a lot cheaper on the postage if I send them in the same mailer. If you purchase more than one record, please await receiving the invoice from me on the completion of the auction before paying, so that I can calculate the correct postage and you do not overpay.
Please note: If the value of the item, or combined items,  exceeds the standard compensation rate, there will be no extra charge to you,  as I will cover the additional cost  for  the increased insurance.
