1st UK GATEFOLD Pressing EXCELLENT CONDITION & AUDIO!
Have a listen to a track from this little beauty:
Pressed in 1977 this Lp was released on the 23rd of January, featuring the now Iconic and now protected Battersea Powerstation stacks-with a pig flying between them...Once again a stand-out cover image by the legendary Hipgnosis.....Illustrating the scathing lyrics with which this album is peppered with, primarily against the social-political conditions of wracked and ruind late 1970's Britian.
The album reach the No. 2 position in the UK charts and the No. 3 position across the pond in the USA.

The Vinyl: EX+!!

Superb slab of vinyl, providing clear audio-very crisp! All that is needed is a gentle professional clean to get rid of the dust after 37 years of storage! Only incredibly light marks to the vinyl, which really aren't worth mentioning, but thought I would, just incase people still believe I have a timemachine.
She has only ever been played very carefully and not many times at all!
I have just had the pleasure of playing her all the way through-up loud :)
QUALITY
The Labels: EX++...Only a couple VERY light and small spindle marks, with NO HOLE WEAR.

The Inner: EX. All original ROUNDED CORNERS with the catalogue number to the bottom right corner and the lyrics printed on the black background.
Just some light crescents of spidering and some small patches of rubbing to the seams-but not all the way through.

The Cover: EX. Gatefold cover with WIDESPINE. All I can find are some small fingers of spidering eminating from the seams-not many at all.
VERY WELL LOOKED AFTER.
The inside is a very nice black and white, without any fading. Only light rubbing to the edges-that really is it!
GORGEOUS uncrushed a strong WIDESPINE
(Only 1st printings have this WIDESPINE)
The first gatefold is factory sealed with an internal flap. the other opening is crips and sharp, without excessive wear.
